Yeah that will happen somtimes. Contact the Atty and ask for the payment.

I read somewhere you can send a letter stating you are reporting the money to the irs that the patient received. Anyone know about that. May still not get your money, but if not paid and have to turn...

Technically the patient hasn't gotten the money either. The attorney would just be holding the actual check, which is made out to the doctor. We've left a few messages for the attorney and have not...

I'd call them every day especially if it's alot of cash. I would also find out if they have a toll free phone number and use that. Heck, if it's really alot I'd make a visit to the office!Russ
